86 mm linear motion platform
The SP86SLA 86 mm sliding lead screw linear actuator converts stepper-motor rotation into controlled linear travel for industrial axes that require high thrust, configurable travel per step and robust mechanical integration.
The 86 mm motor platform supports demanding push-pull positioning duties when paired with the correct winding, lead and drive profile.
Six lead options allow engineers to balance travel per step, linear speed and axial force for the target mechanism.
External-drive and through-shaft layouts support guided linear mechanisms with application-specific stroke and screw-end requirements.

Performance reference

The reference test used a DS-OLS8-FPD bipolar constant-current chopper microstep drive. Recommended load limit: 231 kg. Actual performance depends on lead, drive settings, acceleration, screw support and duty cycle.
Application-ready integration
Lead choice establishes the basic balance between speed, resolution and force. Reliable machine performance also depends on winding selection, drive current, acceleration, external guidance, screw support and operating duty.
