Coreless rotor design
The ironless winding structure reduces rotating mass and supports responsive speed changes in compact drive mechanisms.
High torsional rigidity and constant torsional backlash over the entire gearbox service life ensure consistently high performance
High torque density thanks to high performance and short design
Highest quality standards for a long service life and extended maintenance intervals
The SP16ZYCC40-1 16 mm brushed coreless DC motor combines an ironless rotor with a compact cylindrical frame, a 24 VDC winding and graphite-brush commutation. Its operating data includes 6,600 rpm no-load speed and 10.7 mN·m maximum continuous torque.
The ironless winding structure reduces rotating mass and supports responsive speed changes in compact drive mechanisms.
The 16 mm motor body provides a small installation envelope with a defined shaft and mounting interface.
Maximum continuous torque is specified at 10.7 mN·m with a maximum continuous speed of 4,600 rpm.
The 16ZYCC40-1 configuration uses a 24 VDC winding, graphite brushes and a seven-segment commutator in a 16 mm cylindrical frame.
